An image to ponder…
The photo seems to capture the essence of Holy Week and Easter. It features a familiar scene on the grassy lawns next to the center. Jesus is hanging on the cross. Mary is sitting at the foot of the cross gazing at her son. Added to that, the photo features the light of the sun breaking through the clouds. The surrounding trees and grass are shaking off the dead of winter and revealing the promise of a new Spring. The image is an invitation to each of us: shake off that which is dead to make room for new life, see our own sufferings through the light of the resurrection, and imitate Mary’s example to ponder anew these saving mysteries.

May you receive many blessings during this time of renewal and grace.

Thank you for your unmatched generosity and support in making the center a great place for evangelization and renewal!

April is Volunteer Appreciation Month. The center would like to thank all of the people that have volunteered this past year. We’ve had youth groups clear the trails, students from campus ministry clean brush and wash windows, a Hispanic ministry group pressure wash the walls and help clean out the barn, we have a man who has discovered his gift as a greeter and a women who is deploying her talents in organizing our job instructions. Each in their own way, using their charisms and gifts, help advance our mission of evangelization and renewal. If you have a talent you would like to share, please contact Deacon Scott D. Gilfillan.

Thank-you to all of our volunteers!
