The Catholic Conference Center invites you to attend a Lunch and Learn about the latest Papal Encyclical, Fratelli Tutti. Each Wednesday at 12:00 PM we’ll begin with a light but delicious meal followed by a thought-provoking discussion as we dive into Pope Francis’ letter “On Fraternity and Social Friendship”.
Join us for a special one night retreat February 27-28. Expect to hear engaging presentations by psychologist Dr. Timothy Boyd, participate in challenging group discussions, and use art , sculpture, and metaphor as a means to enter into a deeper truth about the world.
Our Executive Chef Matt Baldwin knows Mediterranean cooking well, and would like to share his knowledge of how you can make this unique food a healthy part of your meal planning. The cost of the workshop is only $25. This includes all workshop fees, a light lunch, and access to our beautiful grounds and reflection areas.
