For much of the center’s history, volunteers have generously donated their time and talents to advance the mission of the Diocese of Charlotte to “grow ever more perfectly into a community of praise, worship, and witness… and become ever more enthusiastically a leaven of service and a sign of peace.”. There are many opportunities to get involved at the Catholic Conference Center.

Through the year volunteers have assisted in a variety of tasks, such as:

• construction projects
• grounds upkeep/landscaping
• painting
• building repair work
• cleaning
• trail work
• assisting with events
• service projects for Scouts
