Director

Kris has enjoyed 35+ years of experience in the world of hotels, restaurants, and catering. She has worked in all aspects of the hospitality industry from business admin to food sales to event planning and design to Executive Chef positions in cities across our nation. Her greatest joy is the interaction with guests, successfully taking care of their needs, and creating lasting working relationships with them. For nearly 5 years, she had delighted in the position of Executive Chef at the Center. She then took all of her talents to the next level, overseeing the needs of the guests beyond ‘soup to nuts’ to helping individuals and groups plan and execute exceptional events and retreats as the Hospitality and Business Manager. After 8 years with the Center, she was awarded the position of Director and looks forward to nurturing established relationships with groups, and continuing our upward growth and expansion of our offerings while fulfilling our mission statement.

Executive Chef

Carlos is a self-taught chef with over two decades of experience in fine dining and traditional kitchens. Born and raised in Lima, Peru—a leading culinary capital—he quickly developed a passion for cooking rooted in vibrant Peruvian flavors.
​Educated in Italian schools, Carlos became fluent in Spanish and Italian, gaining a profound appreciation for culture, tradition and christian values, principles that continue to guide both his craft and his leadership in the kitchen. At 19, he moved to the United States, training alongside renowned chefs and within award-winning restaurants across Florida, California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and North Carolina.
​His culinary style is a seamless blend of Peruvian, Italian, and American contemporary cuisines, uniting authenticity with innovation. Each dish tells a story, rooted in heritage yet reimagined through modern artistry and refined technique.
​Beyond the plate, Carlos leads his team with discipline, creativity, and a focus on service and mutual support. He continues to evolve as a chef, merging classical inspiration with self-taught intuition to create menus that are both thoughtful and flavorful—a true reflection of his lifelong journey through culture, faith, and the art of cuisine.

Team Leader
Frank Corsi – Ext. 300

Frank has the perfect combination of skills and experience to help the Center flourish. He unites his deep Catholic faith with a desire to serve. Throughout his career, he has acquired a wide range of electrical, carpentry, and maintenance skills. Frank can easily go from making sure an event is unfolding smoothly to working behind the scenes to make sure the facilities are perfectly maintained. Between the two, Frank helps to make sure the guests have a great experience from the moment they set foot on the property to the moment they leave.

Admin & Reservations Coordinator
Julie Houser – Ext. 303

Julie began her career with the Center in August 2024. She is our main point of contact for reservations and works diligently to ensure that all of our guests have a positive experience from beginning to end. She has been in administrative roles for many years. Julie is passionate about her faith and family. She has a strong background of servitude in ministry and is committed to serving others. Her heart desires to ensure that the people she encounters daily, whether by phone or in person, are heard, loved, and appreciated. She loves being a part of our team.
