Making Mediterranean Marvelous with Matt

Our Executive Chef Matt Baldwin knows Mediterranean cooking well, and would like to share his knowledge of how you can make this unique food a healthy part of your meal planning. Matt frequented the Mediterranean as a personal chef to a sailing regatta team and learned how to shop locally and prepare delicious authentic meals for his patrons. Come and hear both a little about his experiences and learn a trick or two about their local cuisine. The cost of the workshop is only $25. This includes all workshop fees, a light lunch, and access to our beautiful grounds and reflection areas.
