A Franciscan Advent Retreat

The Fraternity of Brother Francis, Secular Franciscan Order invites you to celebrate the birth of our savior through Advent reflections, Franciscan Prayer and blessed Silence at the Catholic Conference Center, Hickory nestled in the heart of the NC Mountains.  In addition to silence and reflections, “Christmas at Greccio” will share in the Blessing of the Crib in the barn with hymns, a fire pit and walking reflection trails, as well as rocking chair decks with views perfect for meditating on our Lord.  Vigil Mass and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in our private chapel overlooking the tree scape.  Come spiritually prepare for the joy of Christmas as St. Francis inspired us.
