Knowing how important a good meal complements any event, the Center’s recent renovations focused on upscaling our dining area. Now having the appearance of a nice café, guests can enjoy both a delicious meal as well as take in the pastoral views outside the many windows.
Along with improving the ambiance, the center has expanded the width and depth of its culinary talents. Among the staff two have culinary arts degrees, another has experience catering over 1,000 weddings and receptions. Our current Executive Chef has a diversity of national and international experiences, from owning his own restaurant to being a personal chef for a sailing regatta team. Whether you’re looking for menus to incorporate into your weekend retreat or a high-end banquet, we’ve the talent to help transform your dining experience from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
Guests often choose a break-out snack in addition to the regular meals. A favorite is our delicious hot, blueberry and cinnamon scones, but we have other delights to enhance the day. Or maybe consider allowing us to help you prepare some gourmet s’mores in the evening by a crackling bonfire.
Our menus have a variety of options, and are renewed regularly to keep our repeat guests delighted by the offerings. See the link to a few sample menus to give you an idea of the variety of choices each diner will have. If you have a menu preference, please let us know. We will try to accommodate your wishes but available options will depend upon our meal rotation and the other groups present.
Special events have become our specialty. Elegant banquets, Christmas parties, Quinciñeras, and wedding receptions are just a few examples of how you could make use of our beautiful facilities and talented staff. To make for a perfect event we also allow alcoholic beverages, but additional liability insurance will be needed. We would be happy to discuss your banquet plans and how you might make use of our talent, experience, venue and lodging.

The center dining room has beautiful views of the grounds. It can seat 160 people with additional dining space available for groups as large as 216.
With both casual and fine dining settings available, the center can provide space for almost any event.
In addition, the Woodlands dining room is available for groups of 8 to 12 looking for a more intimate dining experience.
The newly remodeled space features a grand oak table perfect for a cozy dining or meeting space.
The Catholic Conference Center is happy to offer groups the flexibility to decide which meals to include in your event. Choose from our sample menus or contact Kris Cordes to plan your own personalized menu. To ensure a quality dining experience, please have your group reserve meals two weeks in advance, four weeks if dietary restrictions or custom menus apply.

Looking for a place to host your next Quinciñera, wedding or holiday party? Our beautiful grounds, talented staff and spacious dining room make the Center the ideal place to throw your next event. We even have lodging available should you and your guests like to stay on site.
Our kitchen often prepares meals for those with food allergies and special diets, such as vegetarian, gluten free or nut allergies. We strive to accommodate special requests/dietary restrictions but extremely restrictive diets may be challenging.
