A Little Taste of Savannah

Spend an elegant evening of fine dining and learning about the delicious tastes and smells of Old Savannah. Our Executive Chef Matt Baldwin lived for ten years in the Savannah area, and owned a local restaurant. He will share with you his recollections of this charming southern town and fine cuisine. He’s prepared a five course meal of classic Savannah dishes and has tons of information to share. It will be an evening to remember – fine dining interspersed with fascinating tidbits on Old Savannah.

Meet Our Chef

Chef Matthew Baldwin is a NC native, but has done extensive traveling in pursuit of improving his craft. He earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC). Matthew has worked in national and international settings, has been a Chef de Cuisine in a popular bistro, a restaurant owner, and private chef for several international yacht racing teams. Matt is passionate about being a chef, and loves sharing what he’s learned.

The cost of the event is $35 per person, $60 per couple. This includes meal, chef’s talk, and access to our beautiful grounds and reflection areas.
