Dinner Gala à la Saint Bart

April 10, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Spend an elegant evening both dining and learning about the delicious and unique French island fusion cuisine of Saint Bart. Our Executive Chef has served as a personal chef during various sailing regattas, including “Les Voiles de St. Barth” (the sails). He’s learned to prepare some amazing dishes and has tons of information to share. It will be an evening to remember – fine dining interspersed with fascinating tidbits on Saint Bart.

About our Executive Chef: Matt Baldwin

Chef Matthew Baldwin is a NC native, but has done extensive traveling in pursuit of improving his craft. He earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC). Matthew has worked in national and international settings, has been a Chef de Cuisine in a popular bistro, a restaurant owner, and private chef for several international yacht racing teams. Matt is passionate about being a chef, and loves sharing what he’s learned.


The cost of the event is $35 per person, $60 per couple. This includes meal, chef’s talk, and access to our beautiful grounds and reflection areas.
